Thumbs up MSD Ignition System for DIS cars!

The MSD DIS-4 is designed to work with 6 or 8 cylinder direct ignition system cars like the 2000+ Accords as well as the CL's and TL's.

So far I've seen it selling for about $350 but I can't find MSD's home page to get more info about it.

Don't think this will work with our distributorless ignition, and coil on plug system. Make sure they have an application for our car.

I don't think it will work on our car either, MSD's site says it's for 6 or 8 cyclinder engines with 3 or 4 coil packs. Our cars have individual coils on each plug, 6 coils. I would want to see an actual application list showing the TL before trying it.

I dunno, I think one of the TL members with their extensive testing methods should try it first.

I talked to a local import shop and that is how I found out about this unit. I don't think they would have recommended it if it wouldn't work for our cars, but I'll try to see if I can check with MSD.
