i'm planning to install the following unit:

I want to install it, but i'm not sure where i can put it in my car. Do you guys have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

The unit has the following dimensions 8.2" X 7.15" X 1.97"

I would like to keep my cd player. Could I install it where that useless CD holder is? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
