Motor swap for non Type-S

Anyone know how difficult or easy it would be to put a 05' Accord V6 motor in a regualr TL. I want more power, regular gas, and better Milage.

It would be easier to add headers/intake/exhaust/pullies. You'll be making more power than the stock accord v6 for less money.
