My 6 month old TL-S and several chips out of the left and right front quarter panel right down to the metal!! - I know others have posted that this is due to epa regulations and soft paint but do I have any recourse? Can I get it repaired by acura or are they going to call it "wear and tear?" It's not like i am driving through a rock storm or something...I've never had this issue with any other car I have owned.

Gotta put up with it or cough up the dough for the touch up. Acura will do nothing for you for these chips.

Honestly, I doubt that any car company would do anything for that matter.
