Moonroof rubber trim fit question
Maybe it's just my car, but is the rubber trim surrounding the moonroof flush with the rest of the car roof? I ask because the rubber trim on mine sticks out anywhere from 2-3 mm around the moonroof. On other cars (non TL-s) I've notice that the both moonroof and the rubber trim surrounding it are practically flush with the car roof.
Just wanna know if it's an Acura/TL-S thing or perhaps it's another thing I need to address to the service advisor when I drop my car off again.
Thanks!
Tony

The seal on my moonroof is not flush also. I am on my second TLS and I think that both were the same.
I also noticed that after it rained the first TLS I had water pooling (.5 oz) on the glass that was kept in by the raised seal. If I drove off with windows open water poured into the car. But I have not seen this in my present TLS. Maybe they fixed it. The first car was #15,000 something. The second is 22,000 something. Maybe they corrected it or got the hang of it at Ohio.
