moisture in fogs

Seems like after i changed the bulbs in the fogs I am getting seem moisture in one of the fogs. I spoke to someone and they said after market bulbs sometimes dont fill up the fog lights and moisture gets in. He said to try puting electric tape around the surface of where the bulb goes into the fog lights. Has anyone else had a problem like this???

Cheap TL-S fogs! Ceck to see if some of it is coming from behind the glass lens that is held in by that metal frame.
