Has anyone done a port & polish to their Type-S?

If so... get anything out of it?

This is the usual order whenever you deal with suspention, although I've obviously skipped stage 1 & 2.

Stage #1 - Springs
Stage #2 - Shocks
Stage #3 - Sways
Stage #4 - Strut Bars
Stage #5 - Tie Bars

Port and Polish doesnt usually come into play until you've exhausted all your bolt on parts and have nowhere else to go. Before you go polishing anything...you should of gotten an intake/headers/exhaust combo first.

I agree with edge....for the most part. I really dont think exhaust buys you anthing with this car. The stock exhaust is pretty free flowing already. A few ponies are all you're likely to get with the exhaust systems I've seen out there and they're pretty pricey to boot! Now the header.....I can tell you from experience it has a pretty big impact......albeit a PRICEY one..
