Help me understand all the modifications some folks are doing. I love my car, and I like to look after it. I tend to drive my cars for 2- 4 years depending on the situation. Do you folks doing all these modifications, keep your cars longer ? I love the looks of some of the mods, but have a hard time justifying the expense. I would like to put some aero parts on to my TL but I am wondering if they would be practical in dead of winter here in Canada. Then thre is the cost of the mod,and in the end your car is still worth the same as an unmodified car. I realize that the modifications are done to make a statement, and to make your ride stand out. Is it worth it ? help me understand

 

Besides standing out, you're custom tailoring the car to you liking...All mods on my car can simply be undone and change back to a stock TL..
