X-mas is almost upon us. Therefore, new mods are in order for my car. Taking into account my current mods, what do you think is an appropriate next step on the mod list? I can choose to go with either:

1) Comptech Exhaust & Sway bars or
2) OEM Underbody Kit

I've really been dying to have the deep growl of the exhaust, and could really use improved handling on the highways (since thats where I do most of my driving)... but all my friends tell me to go with the body kit, as it makes it look like a "new" car. So I dont know.. help me out!

 

How about Kit and Sways??

 

I'm trying to budget a little . I'm shooting for under $1000 for parts. Right now, I'm kind of leaning towards the Exhaust/Sways combo...

 

Do the body kit, it'll make the car look fast also....

 

The exhaust is great don't get me wrong (hell I have it so I must like it) but if you can exceed your budget slightly IMO I'd go with the sways (b/c it'll improve the car handling drastically) and the header. The exhaust is primarily cosmetic & gives the car a slight rumble with 1-2 HP increase...the header for $500 more gives you a noticable boost in power and looks good under the hood. Just a thought.

If you are limited to your 2 choices...I'd go with the exhaust & sways.

 

well for power, id save for the RES (if it ever does come out).
but i need the deep rumble of the exhaust.. like a smackhead needs his daily fix. The car doesnt sound right with just the intake.

Im thinking next year i'll get the sways and bodykit, in that order. I dont know about the headers tho.. I cant rationalize spending that much money for a single performance part. Maybe when other companies come with headers i'll change the tune of my song.

 

Sways and exhaust first. Performance and handling comes first than looks. Then again, I got the kit first then the sways and exhaust...
