Well..

Wrong wheel locks key (Fixed, 1 visit)

Gap between the wood trim and center Console (Fixed, 1 visit)

Rattle on moonroof (fixed, 2 visits)

Seatbelt Buckle Squeak (fixed (knock on wood), 4+ visits)

now, I see the wood trim on the driver's door not snapping in correctly.... arrgggggg...seems like i have to visit them again..

I bitc*** at Acura already because of these. Another major problem..they are not going to hear the end of it...

well, otherwise...i love the car

Sounds like you have too many problems. Stay on top of the dealer.

 

I've been considering a TL-S for my daily commutes but am now seriously questioning the QUALITY CONTROL.

Seems to me Acura overestimated demand and built the TL-S as fast as they could...with many of them still sitting on dealer lots.

 

Wow i must have good luck then, i havent had one problem with my TLS, no minor or major.. i have only 1500 miles though. No rattles, changes gears smoothly.. i guess im just lucky. knock on wood!

 

Considering the 100's of posters on this board and only one seems to be having QC problems, it isn't that bad of a record.

 

I use my TL-S for my daily commute of 40 miles each way. So far no major problems. I have one light rattle coming from the back seat on rough roads. Just haven't had the time to get back there and look for it. The other rattle is from my Passport 8500 that rattles everytime I hit a bump in the road.
