so i got into an accident a few days ago. i hit him going straight when he was making a left turn. no real damage to my front bumper.

now the other guy is at fault, and the cop who came to the scene even wrote him a ticket for it (i think, i left before he actually wrote it)

anyways, i get a call today from that guys insurance. does this mean he had to make a claim? or could insurance just have discovered about the accident through the police report?

random question: what is the purpose of that tray that pops out in out center console?

Answer to your random question: it holds a notepad (5x7 I think), or whatever you want. I keep a notepad and some quarters.
