Earlier this month I purchased an 03 with 45k miles from the original owner. I had leased a new 01 and hated returning it but ended up with an 04 6mt.

I'm familiar with most of the 2nd gen issues. My question is about the MDX wood/leather wheel compatibility. I have the parchment interior and was wondering if the MDX wheel in this ebay listing is compatible with my interior, It says beige but looks more taupe. If not a good match is there one that is?

From what I have seen, it matches up really good.
Just a taaad bit darker. but you wouldn't really notice unless you were paying attention.

 

The leather on the steering wheel is just a little bit darker than the parchment color.

 

The leather is off just a bit but if you also replace the airbag w the newer model the color difference is not noticeable. If you use old airbag it kinda makes it stand out just a little bit.
