That almost looks like a kit that you take the internals out of your original key fob and put it in the new one. It'd be pretty interesting to see a good looking one for our cars.

Wow someone needs to try this out. I could already picture and feel that in my pocket. Just one piece in my pocket instead of a key and remote. Only thing I see that makes us stop from buying is the trunk release.

Heeltoe Automotive has switchblade keys for our cars.

I think they look fairly nice.

Just to avoid confusion, Heeltoe's switchblades are not fully functional with our cars. The buttons won't work.

mastini, it's the other way around. The key can be programmed to work, but the lock/unlock buttons can't.

Huh? We have two different key fobs..one for the MEM 1 and the other is for MEM 2. When my mom used to drive my car, she'd grab the 2nd key fob and when she would unlock the doors, the seat and mirrors would got to the MEM 2 position automatically. Then when I would use my fob to unlock the car, they would go back to MEM 1 postion. We don't have a 1 and 2 button...

There are two considerations for this hack - reprogramming the buttons, and transferring the anti-theft 'chip' from the old key to the new one.
Here's a bunch of info from the Honda E forum - you have to read the whole darn thread to get the final info on what works and what doesn't. A couple of folks got the buttons and chip to work.
Each model and year has different considerations - the only way to know is to research as best you can, and try it. A Honda insider would help verfiy some of this info.
Good luck.

Probably, maybe, for sure? but as far as I know there is no straight-forward replacement.
