That's with all the TL OEM rotors. Eventually you'll start to see rust deposits like mine (you'll notice it too if you look at the stock rotors):

So I painted that area with high heat paint (just make sure that the paint can withstand the heat.

You can check out more pics in my album

did you torque the lugs properly after the install? uneven torque on lugs can cause warp rotors. Mine was warped then it was re-surfaced. Since then I always get my lugs torqued properly and it has never happened again

EBC pads are pretty aggressive. I've seen this a lot on Civics and Integras running those pads, too.

Get yourself a good torque wrench set (sale this week at Canadian Tire). Got mine on mail order from the Tire Rack. Best investment you can have for aluminum wheels. Also, get deep sockets from Sears (lifetime warranty) I believe it's 19mm. Torque all lugs and the lock to 80 ft/lbs.

After finding out those shops use 250-450 ft/lbs on their air impact wrenches, made me think twice about getting my own wrench and torquing it myself.

I don't think ebc pads are the problem.

I think tateaki may be correct. Ur lug nuts might be over/under torque, check if the lug nuts are loose. I remember when i took my car in to a local shop, they put the lug nuts back on but didn't tighten them. I heard noises when i was driving. Went out check my lug nuts, i could turn them with my fingers!

Alexx,
How did you paint them? Did you just spray the general area and went out and brake so it burned off the left over area?

Bought the paint and the sponge brush in Home Depot. Cut the brush to the size needed. The paint is 900 or 1200 degrees F safe. Spray some paint in a tray and pick it up with a brush and take it from there. You can either hold the brush and spin the rotor or apply it carefully, I needed to apply more than one coat and to cover every part of the surface. Make sure that it's not to thick so it doesn't drip. Try not to get any paint on the brake surface, but if you do it'll erased by the brake pad during braking.

Here's a clear pic where you can see the part of the caliper that doesn't touch the rotor. I also painted the caliper by taking it apart not just over everything.
