This can apply to 2G TL-S as well... Symptom was Power Steering Pump was so loud even idle, when RPM was up, the pump got louder... Then the fluid in the reservoir was so bubble, and overflow the reservoir and leaked out.
Follow this TSB bought two parts 91345-RDA-A01; 91370-SV4-000, one for the inlet & high pressure hose o-ring.
