i think the new one is brighter and more BLUE!!! it is the 8,000k i think. i saw it on a Lexus GS 300

 

6000K or 8000K is bluer, not brighter.

 

Actually, I think the 8000K is more purplish. It's the 6000K that looks more bluish.

 

yeah i've heard that after you get so high in the K temp, the color is the only thing that changes

 

8000k HIDS in a 2003 TLS, do you just have to get the bulbs or is there more to it? How much do they cost and where? Thanks.

8000 k is just asking to get pulled over..

And you get less brightness and give more glare to other passengers..

Look at the 4100k Bulb in this Prelude BELOW:





THAT SH|T IS BRIGHT AS HELL..

If you want the perfect brightness but also want more of a blueish tint, GET 6000k.. Its a good Compromise between 4000k - 8000k
