What I would do

1) Oil change
2)Wash and Wax
3) full tank of gas with fuel stabilizer added to it
4)Bump up air pressure in your tires to near max and park the car with all 4 tires on planks of wood to prevent flatspotting
5) Park the car with the parking brake OFF
6)Disconnect the battery
7)Car Cover if you have it.

When you get back Id reconnect the battery(store those radio/nav antitheft codes somewhere safe), decrease the tire pressures, change the oil again, and wash her.

Disconnecting and reconnecting only requires a 10 mm wrench and a couple of turns...nothing hard about that.

Although you're not using your car, there will still be current drain. Not very much, but over time it adds up.

My dad usually goes on trips for about 1 month intervals and when he comes back, the battery always chocks on him.

To prevent the rotors from rusting and binding up the pads.

Also if you can jack up teh car on 4 jackstands that is the best method of preserving the tires, and 4 jackstands is some $$ now, but its cheaper than just 1 tire later on.
