Hey man, just keep looking and try to get the real "OEM" lip kit.

These knock off fiberglass kits will vary in overall fit and finish, not to mention ....crack upon impact !
They will not be worth the money or bother, IMO.

The "OEM"s will attach to the body easier, look like they were meant to, and resist potential damage better. A total win.....win !

So start checking out the Black Market and other resources for the "Real McCoy." Satisfaction Guaranteed !!!!!!

Hey man, that is a much better price ! Wonder if it's the same manufacturer part #'s. They have the '99-'01 as a separate option which means it "should" fit better. The sales pic showing the rear deck spoiler is also a variation from stock, but no part # listed.

The killer may be the S&H of packaging these rather flimsy odd shapes. May also want to check on the installation procedures.

That's a replica, FRP=fiberglass
Don't bother with that stuff, especially since they will be the lowest part of the car

i think the quality and condition of these FRP kits is case by case. I've had my FRP replica 02-03 kit on since JUNE 2012 and have had zero cracking issues. of course the quality was never up to par, as i've pointed out in my prep/install post, but i'm actually surprised it's lasted through many many new england snow storms this year

i say if the kit is dirt cheap, why not. if the price has a little difference, get the quality. in my case, my replica kit ended up being less then $400 after ship + paint whereas i cant find one for less than $1200

Hey Peewizzle, was there any modification necessary to any of the parts to make them fit ?
Did your kit come with mounting clips and hardware for a direct fit ? How has the front held up ?
Thanks for the info !

It's $350 shipped to my door! I just need to paint it & install doesn't look too difficult. I need to take off my mud guards during install, but that's good because I don't like them. It will look a lot better when I lower my car next month.

did not come with any clips or mounting hardware unfortunately, but it's not OEM so i wasn't expecting any. the front and rear could've been modified to fit better with bondo or something, but i didn't bother...there's only about a 1mm-3mm gap all around that separates the lip from the body and it's not noticeable unless you get up close and examine.

the front held up quite well surprisingly, never cracked nor warped. i drove that thing through piles and piles of snow too, since i'm lowered it's like i was in an acura plow truck haha. i had to drill the bottom side of the front and rear lip to make sure they stayed on. i couldn't figure out any mounting hardware to attach the side skirts, so i left the factory sides on and drilled through to keep them in place...there is enough gap between the skirts and the door for no rub issues.
