not really.... people consider them rare but you can still buy the entire kit from an acura dealer any day of the week...
the hard part is finding an entire kit in YOUR color..
i went through acura and ended up painting two parts... but wasnt hard at all to get... just 1400 dollars lol

yea under the bumper but thats only to hold it in place better and make it harder for those damn thieves to take it...jus put it on there how its suppose to be and the holes will line up and drill drill drill

Speaking from experience, I wouldn't drill out and put in all the bolts to hold on the lip. It's unnecessary. There are more bolts holding the lip on than there are holding the bumper on -- what's wrong w/ that picture? Tapped a curb @ ~5mph, destroyed the lip, but because the lip was bolted to the bumper, it cracked the bumper at the bolt.
I have my lip on w/ just a few bolts but zipties in all the locations where there would be bolts. Hopefully, the zipties will just snap if there is a light impact. .02 It's more than secure enough.

Yea, I drilled holes in all 8 or so locations... The 02-03 lip is much larger than the 99-01... You have to drill holes in the bumper.. They are marked, but not pre-drilled. I used zip ties instead of bolts. It'd be easier to unscrew a bolt than it would be to cut these tight zip ties.

The OEM lips has holes and brackets for the lip as well as the bumper. But on the bumper, there as less holes then the lip, so to make sure it stays on very tightly then you drill additional holes. I didnt do this when I installed my lip when I had my prelude and a hit a blown semi truck tire and there went my lip. So on my TL, everything was on and on tight. When it comes to these things, do it right the first time.

i took off the bumper to make it easier...i used the wrapping i got from the lip and flipped my bumper upside down on it so it didnt get scratched...also you have to take the grille out.
