I have a bit of a problem the maint. req. button keeps on turning on, I changed the oil and belts, and plugs, but I didn't turn of the flashing yellow light, how do you turn it off, I've done it before, my friend showed me, but I didn't remmemmber, because I was to high at the time...420!rulz!, anyways its like those two buttons for the distances to would have to mess with, can anybody please tell me how to turn them of? I gets annoying when you stone out of your mind and you see this stupid thing blaring in your face... :wow:

It's in the manual. I would look it up for you, but my manual is in my car and she is in the shop.

If I remember correctly, you have to insert the key in the ignition in the "II" position (the setting where the radio and other **** comes on), then press both trip buttons down until the light is reset.


And go easy on the pipe, will ya? It's bad for you.

Isn't that also the same instructions on how to adjust the outside thermometer??

push and hold the reset buttton and the trip buttons then turu the key to the run position and hold till the light goes off,(around 10 sec) doing the other way turning the key first then pushing the buttons in adjusts the temp
