License Plate Question

I had two screws that didn't fit very well on my front plate that were getting slammed into the paint when hitting bumps, slightly chipping it. What I really want to do is have 4 screws on the front plate that fit perfectly so that I can use up all of the screw holes that are on there and not have the same issue again. I was wondering what set of license plate fasteners people have used on our TL's for the front and back and where I can get them. I'm also looking to get clear covers which the front and back plates would slide into, since I just paid a lot of money for custom NJ plates. Thank you for the info, any help is very much appreciated

my rear plate is just 1/2inch M10 bolts. My front is just screwed into my bumper (lower rightside) I say ditch the front plate I did for a long time with no hassle. The only reason I put my plate back on was to hide a crack lol

Heres a shot of my front plate

I don't run a front plate looks good without one.

You actually need a little plastic mount for the plate so it doesn't wear out your paint.
