license plate light switch

i want to wire something up so i can turn on and off my rear license plate lights

does anyone know how to do this.

also what is tcs or whatever button i have on my 01 TL it does nothing.

1 - purposely turning off you license plate lights is illegal
TCS = traction control

and because doing that for the purpous of doing things illegally it should be locked, just like wanting to flip up a license plate for the same purpous
