Ok you guys i would like to have a LITTLE assistance, i am Sick and tired of this Spectacular transmission that i have in my car as well as the same ones you all are carrying. I think i want to wait till this third blows (and its commin) and then i will get the state to buy my car back. Now i purchased my car for 25 after all the tags tax all that extra shit the LOAN amount came to around 30k (dont ask) now i have around 21k left to pay, i've had the car for about 1 year. i've went through 2 trannies, and this one is acting up.. imagine that!!!! now i dont WANT TO get rid of my baby but i dont want to keep her disease, if you get my drift. now my question to you all is How does the Lemon law work, do they pay what you have left on your loan, do they pay the total purchase amount, does it depend on something? who do i call where and what are the correct channels to get this done, or is there a way that We as Acura TL (with faulty tranny) owners can sign some petition to get those people to FIX our trannies, and stop putting potentially dangerous transmissions in our cars, i mean i've heard some of you talk of the "BULLET PROOF TRANSMISSION" why the hell Won't Acura Pay for that shit? what can we do to all get the FIX or the BULLETPROOF TRANNY and Make acura pay for it, we buy this expensive ass car and THEY FUCK UP. we still gotta pay for the cars and they Find the CHEAPEST way to half ass COVER UP our problem and then have the nerve to give us a warranty till 100K get the fuk outta here.... I think as a LUXURY Reputable COMPANY they need to take all those corporate DOLLARZ and some of the common CENTS they have to make us a FIX and not some bullshit excuse to get away from a lawsuit.

Lemon laws vary from state to state, Not really sure who you contact to find out about it, maybe the Better Business Bureau, and if not, they should be able to direct you to where you can find the answer.

Good Luck getting what you want done....... by your saying that you bought the car for 25K, I am assuming that you got it used which might make your fight even more difficult.
