LED vs Hyper White

for a 2000 TL, which is going to be a brighten 1157 bulb, a hyperwhite bulb or and 8 LED's?

With LED you might get hot spots. And some cops don't like hyperwhite corners.

If u just want bright, the 8 LEDS will be Brigher than the Hyperwhite.
