Led Strip lights

I took advantage of the weather today and decided to do 2 Mods today. 1 Paint the engine, 2 install the led strip lights. I took me a while to get it started because I was going to remove the bumper, lucky I saw a thread about just removing the panels on either side of the molding, only 2 bolts and pull pins. Pulled out the parking light spliced the wires on reinstalled and bingo!
I should only take about 1 to 2 hours if it's your fiirst time like me but only because I made a few mistakes in the wireing. I took pics so I hope they show up....

Tell me what you think...

looks cool, but its out of place in that spot. mounting it in a different place would make it flow better

I'm confused are they in the headlight or in the bumper area? Reminds me of an LS, but to each their own.

I was going to put them above the fog lights but the moulding angles upward. If im driving I dont want to be flashed. I put them between the headlights and the bumper. I have a gap on both sides under the parking light area but im going to put black silicone and fix that right up, for those who what to see the engine I only did a couple of things to see how it looked or if it would work.. they match my seats... or should I do red ? let me know because I plan on doing the bottom half of the components too ..Iwill be posting it also in the engine cover section too.

I plan on doing the strut bar and air filter box too.

A for effort also..

LED's belong on the audi headlights.. and IN the headlights at that...

not a big fan of putting halo's or LED's in headlights that didnt come with them.. looks cheap-ish

also.. from a distance.. yours looks like one long tube light... the Reason the audi heads pull it off is because they have large LED's that are spaced apart...
like this

ive been meaning to try this but here where i see the fault....the LED strip you have has too many leds. less leds might look better. i might put it on the top instead of the bottom

bump...I Give you major props for the Effort no dout about it, IMO those LED strips are pretty much a Audi thing, just like how Angel eyes are a BMW thing, when I see some people with the LED strip lights, its like they try so hard to look like a dam AUDI!! Everyone refers to it as the Audi Style....which is pretty much where it belongs.....

I was going to put them above the fogs but they would angle upwards, and for you other guys is not like I cant remove them when I get bored of them. So Ill enjoy them for now but thanks for your opinions.. they mean alot...

haha i agree, those led's on the 4g tl work really well somehow, almost look oem to me, at least in that light. i agree with everyone else that you should try maybe to look into larger leds more spaced out, it might help it look a bit better. great effort for sure
