Are the 9 LEDs bright enough or should I get 12 LED?

Can you get any of these in a local shop like pepboys or kragen? I got my doors and dome from pepboys led and they work fine for like 12 bucks and no hassle with shipping. I need the dome lights white though, and not sure if it would be alrite to get them at kragen.

theres a vendor in the private sales section that sells LED's they are awesome and he even sells LED tag lights.

go to http://www.v-leds.com/ they have all our lights there I ordered some and they are great super fast shipping with USPS BTW
