awesome! what color are you going for? I used hyper white in mine, i heard if u use blue the needles will look too dim.

its alright if the needles look dull, im just going with for a black interior with blue led's which #74 leds would i need

any #74 led would work fine. however if you get the ones that are too bright they may become hotspotty.

The white ones make it light up blue.
