not my thing. . . but if you like it, work on it and get them perfect looking (they need to be spaced appart evenly and level)

Though i do agree with some that they kinda look out of place there and not bright enough. They should be inside the light.

definitely needs to be inside the light housing and perfectly even and consistently aligned and pointing straight forward. think the new A4's headlight housing with the LED strip.

having a different type of bulb and having a different set of lights accenting the housing itself are two different things....

HID compared to regular bulbs are brighter and safer making it a matter of safety and quality..

LEDs in a row are for looks and this is the reason other companies do not mimmick this trend... b/c it adds nothing functional...

point... strips of LEDs belong in audis imo... they are for looks in audi's as well.. but look correct b/c the housing are designed around them and suited for them... throwing a straight set of leds in any car is a whole different story..

you can have your own opinion as well though

this is even worse than the guy who put the strips under his headlights on the outside.
and are those hood pins???

good on you for trying something new but just take it off.
if you want to mess with the headlights bake em and take out the amber diffusers.
-nice grill mod though....

Meh...I just can't find a good way to do LEDs with our bulky headlights. It works great on the 3G like the one above or on a silver 3G from here that also has them but on the chrome that's in the middle of the sidemarker area.

try some larger led's
what i'd like to see is the benz clk fogs on one of our rides, especially the 03s
think they'd fit better on our car. looks too small for such a large plastic opening on the benz

^^ I would be really interested to see that also.

I would say it would look better with bigger more spaced out leds, if I were to do this I would try to copy the 3g as much as possible.
