Leather seat issue

I have a '01 TL and the driver's seat leather seems to be smoother and softer compared to the passengers. Anyone else notice this? Is it caused because the passenger seat isn't used as much as the drivers? so its not as worn? btw, what is this bubbling effect that alot of you guys are talking about? thanx

Use some really good leather conditioner to soften it up a bit. Apply a lot of it so it soaks in. I use mothers leather products, and love them. Lexol is really good too...
