Sorry, I hit the w &*%$* tab key...

1. How well does the meguiar clean if it is a 2 in 1??

2. Is there an issue with either one with leaving a residue??

3. Where if anywhere can you get Lexol in Toronto??

Thanks in advance.

I used to use the leather/vinly cleaner from Tannery Leather, u can get that from Canadian Tire that comes in a spray can. However, I found it left the leather a bit stiff, just a bit. It still worked well as a cleaner though and thought it was good, until i used Lexol.

There are two bottles to the Lexol that you need, depending on your need. There's the cleaner, and there's the conditioner, or just use both. Since my leather is already clean, I just recently used the conditioner in the little brown plastic bottle. It works a lot better than the Tannery brand from Canadian Tire. Leather is very soft. A little brown bottle of Lexol conditioner costs $8.99.

Here in Vancouver, we go to Autoworld to get Lexol. You can probably find similar "Autoworld" type stores in some of the Asian/Chinese malls in Toronto area, if you have such malls. :-) These stores sell import car accessories only for the most part, and will have Lexol. The stores aren't very big, more like a little boutique, and sell quality import accessories mostly from Japan.

I use Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner. IMO, it's the best around for leather. I get them at PepBoys. Do you guys have PepBoys in Toronto?
And I use Meguiar's 3-step cleaning process (cleaner, polish, and wax) for the exterior. It works great too.

Yeah, that's the same stuff I use... It's a little spendy, but it's well worth it.

Where do you get Meguiar's Medallion?

I've only seen the Gold Class Leather Cleaner.

I've seen it at Pep Boys. If you can't find it, go to their web site

I recently posted about this.. I just bought meguiars leather cleaner/conditioner 2 in one combo to clean my steering wheel .. before it was horrible.. i honestly thought the leather was rubbed off/worn out/ cracked etc.. it just looked and felt like crap .. (63000 miles worth of hand jam ) so in any case.. after about 30 minutes (it was really dirty .. i bought the car used) it is now like it's brand new.. no residue.. it was a little sticky at first but it just had to dry. now i feel like i have a new wheel.. great product.. definitely worth it and definitely does 2 in 1
