Not sure whether you're talking about ordinary armorall or armorall leather conditioner, but just in case you're unsure, do not apply regular armorall to leather.
There are several leather products on the market that are arguably better than Armorall Leather Conditioner. Many of the better ones contain sunscreens that provide further protection. (For that matter, there are several vinyl/plastic protectors that are better than armorall's offerings, too.)
I've had several knowledgeable car-care people say that it's never too early to apply a sunscreen-containing protectant to the vinyl, rubber and leather surfaces in a car.

I do not recommend Armorall products. It has been shown that the silicones can actually damage sidewalls, and most leather mfrs. do not recommend silicone loaded products either.
I use Meguiar's Medallion leather conditioner - it is rich in lanolin and other emollients good for the leather.
I also use Lexol to clean the leather each time, as this seems to be important for long-term service.
I do not think Acura leather is the best, as it is rather "vinyl-ly", but it appears to be tough. I liked the Nappa leather in my M3.

I use Zymol leather cleaner and conditioner. As with all the Zymol products they do not contain any chemicals. Both apply easy and do not give the leather an unusual shinny glossy. The Zymol rim cleaner is also the best I've found, again no chemicals to pit your rims.
