I remember a while back that there was a thread on converting the innards of your 99-01 black remote to the 02-03 silver remote, with a bit of modification. After doing a search, I couldn't find a thing. Has it been taken out? Or does someone know what the procedure is? Thanks!

It just re-skins the remote.
