no one? I apologize if this was discussed before, I searched but didn't find anything. Did everyone else's go in with no problem? Maybe I got the wrong filter...

 

Did you order the filter made for the CL-TypeS? .. or is this part number also valid for the TL-Type-S? I remember that number seems to be correct (verify at www.acura-cl.com ... search for K&N, you'll find all the info you need). Most people w/ Cl-S filters (K&N) had to trim a little bit of the filter (driver's side, towards to the body panel) in order to get that case to shut properly.

I just got my K&N drop in and I can't get those damn clips at the back of the filter box to close! The filter element seems to fit fine, but I can't close it. How did you all get yours to work? I have filter #33-2178. Thanks.
