Damn that car is sweet!! For all you NYC people, we were on the LIE by Long Island City and my friend saw it and gave him a thumbs up. Well after that he opened up and took off like a bat out of hell. I knew I was no competition but I wanted to try and keep up. We weaved in and out of traffic, each time waiting for the other. Then it happened, we were side by side. I hear his engine roar and I decide to floor it. We were traveling at about 50 or so (more concerned with keeping my eyes on the road than on the speedometer) and I am proud to say I kept with him all the way to about 80 or so. I had to break it off because of traffic. I'm sure had I kept with him, he would have pulled away as soon as I got into 4th gear. It should be noted that I had one passenger and I think he had like 5 chicks in his car!!

Cool part about it was that he waived me over and when I got beside him he gave me a thumbs up and asked what I had under there (keep in mind we were still traveling at about 55 or so on the highway while having this conversation). We both gave a thumbs up and went on our way! Definitely one of the coolest races yet.

man...your gonna get flamed for racing in traffic....but anyway..nice race...without those chicks in his car he probably would of smoked you....but i guess thats what you get when you shell out that much money for an S8...extra weight! (in a good way)

All Audi's rule in my opinion. Not only do they have great styling, but you gotta love that quattro. I give props to that German engineering!!
