but the more paranoid you are with your car, the more likely shyt going to happen to it?

Last 2 months I've taken my TL out about 4 times, each time really thinking if I should drive it or drive my Legend, 4Runner. So far here is the list...

*Almost got car-jacked, at gun point.

*My front left side fender got side-swipe, near headlight.( Is this the sweet spot or what?, every car I've owned has gotten hit in that exact location.)

*Today went to Giants game, got good parking spot in the front. Cam back to car and my globe box was open, hand book on seat. Stole my GF extra Giants jacket that was sitting in rear seat.

I could've sworn I locked the car when we left...but I guess not. In a way I'm thankful they only took the jacket and not the WHOLE car. So now the car goes back to the garage with my 65 Mustang. Only to come out for sunny days to cruise. Sad but oh well. Yes, I know most of you will say just move, but shyt happens everywhere.

 

That sucks, but I've noticed myself being a little more cautious around this car than my last (2001 Nissan Altima), I always put my windows up even if my friends are around in the parking lot, and there isn't much you can take from my interior lol, try to pick out possible people that would give me trouble if I was alone somewhere (24 hour self wash at 3am, every other saturday ) but after that I got myself a pair of metal nunchucks and I feel a little better about myself. I guess I'm just an overprotective, paranoid SOB because there isn't a lot of crime in my town I know a few local cops and carjacking isn't common.
