transmission cashed out on me and I signed the petition today. Man, it sux too. Have always been very aware of the problem but was hopin my number wouldnt get pulled....and then.....BINGO! Now I understand the harbored animosity towards the tranny. They also told me the 7 year 100k doesnt start over on the new one which would have been nice. And all I got was this lousy rental!! hahaaaa

well, u fall right in the middle of the tranny problems.
I'm thinking of buying an 03 with vin .....A026...... should I hold out for a higher vin car?

 

I'm considering the 04 myself!! The service advisor here knows me by name...Thats not right!! Im the wrong person to ask as far as knowledge on the VIN numbers but there is alot of info on it already in here. But it would make sense to me to get highest VIN you can if you are set on a 03.

 

just be aware that the 04 just came out, first year production models always have the bugs
