Talking Just installed my component speakers (Pics inside)

I just put in the Infinity 6010cs component speakers. They sound way better than the poneer speakers i had in there before. I drilled out the door panels to mount the tweeters.

its really not that hard. Just make sure that you have the hole centered. Before drilling you have to cut out the vinyl with a razor so you dont rip it with the drill bit

Has anyone that has installed these speakers in a TL had any mounting depth issues? When installing these, do you need to make any kind of spacer for the woofer, or is there enough clearance for the window the way it was? On my old car (99 Integra) I to make a 3/4" spacer when I installed them due to window clearance issues. I just want to know what to expect when I pull the door apart. Thanks.

Do you know if the Infinity Perfect 6.5 woofer is shallow enough to fit in the door?

Anyone know if it is possible to mount the tweeters on the black plastic panels in the door corners, behind the side view mirrors?

if you can make a custom panel. there is really no room at all behind there enless you surface mount.
