Just installed my 6500k HID's, have a question

I just put these in last night but to my dissapointment they were not the same color. One is more purple and the other one is purple with a hint of blue. Will they even out to the same color over time? Is this normal or should I see about an exchange?
Thanks,
Zac

they make the bulbs in different color... i have had 6000k in both bluish-white and purple...

but if they are both same temp and same manufacturer, they will 'break in' after a while and the color should match... wat sucks is usually im so anal about these things, when one light goes, i change both of them out.. yeah dumb and expensive but it is my OCD...

UPDATE: I've been talking with hidking about my problem and they are sending me out a brand new set. My old bulbs are gone so they agreed to let me send the old set back upon receipt of the new one. These guys are great

The higher up the scale you get after 6000, the closer to purple you get.

Anything past 6000k and you're out of name brands like Osram Sylvania and Philips, therefore quality won't be top notch as with OEM brands.

I paid 135 shipped. Not worth double that for a name IMO. These bulbs are brigther than stock (but i think that's because my stockers were almost 5 years old) and they are a better color so both of my objectives are met. These bulbs aren't tinted either and look/feel exactly the same as the stock osrams.
