Just an idea for corner light
Just an idea for corner light
i was thinking about clearing the corner but didn't want to rip the headlight out, and just came up with this idea, .. i ordered some ram for my computer and it came with static bag that looked like this... it's chrome and is very reflective, so you really can't see through it unless you put it againt a light source , (like our hearlights),, i really think it's gonna work, do you guys know where i can purchase more of these?? any suggestions??

your can get them at www.uline.com
Search for static shielding bags - the cheapest ones seem to be item S-5083, they are 2" x 3" and are $15 for 100.

btl2000 - actually if you really need just 1 or 2 of any size then call them and ask for samples - if they won't send them to you then PM me your address and i'll call and get you some samples (we have an account with them and don't get charged for samples) and i'll mail them to you.
Let me know if i can help.

I had good luck with just putting 35% window tint on the yellow reflector up front and then taking out the yellow factory 1157 and putting in a clear 1157 bulb. Looks 200% better and cost zilch. Hope this helps.

BadazzTL the tint on the front yellow reflectors still appears yellow from the side but is isn't so bright as stock - it does't have such a dorky look. The clear 1157's are the best - appear clear from the front but still yellow from the sides. The best part is turning on the dimmers at dusk - the car looks 200% better. No more dumb bright yellow light. The tint on just the yellow part of the tails helps tone it down too.
im not sure i understand what ur doing here. ur putting titn on the outside of the headlight? or ur opening it up and then putting the tint on the orange peice of plastic.... ? can someone please explain. thanks
