Just Did It! (Thanks Everyone)
Well I finally got my silver TLS with nav at close to my price. I wanted to thank everyone that posted helpful insights in response to my inquiries over the last 2 months. Can't wait for the weekend so I can really put her to the test.

Jacobian - I dealth with Jim Parrot. He's the Internet sales guy that responds if you fill out a form on Carprices.com or one of those sites. I'd suggest calling around to a few other guys to get a competitive quote. That way you have a legit price they have to beat to get your business.

Bought at Marin Acura for 34400 out the door (tax,license and other small misc. charges incl.). I'd have to grab my purchase agreement to get all the details.
