Yeah I had to jump on that deal fast. I did make the mistake of paying with an eCheck so I have to wait 3-4days before he will ship them. Oh well. I will absolutely let everyone know how my car responds when I get them installed. I can't wait I should be able to beat tl-s's now!

ya we have virtually the same mods...tell me how you like it after you get them on. I like how my car runs now, especially with the cold weather, those thermoblock spacers keep the TB and IM cool the whole time now.

I drove to Dallas the other night and it was about 32-30 F the whole way, when I got there I felt the throttle body and it was actually cold! so there was some real cold air getting to the engine

I agree my car runs great in the cold. Performance is same after an hour drive as when it first warned up. I also have popped the hood after a long drive and felt TB and IM. IM is slightly warm, not very and TB was cool. I am loving my spacers more each day. I will defintely let you know how car runs after pullies are in. It's funny looking at your sig, other than tsx rims, CT springs and navi we have pretty much same mods, same year car and same color. Of course your system is far better than mine, when I had my subs in.

I dont understand the purpose of replacing the ALTERNATOR pulley. The ALT has very little to none resistance on them. I can see if the power steering pulley was replaced and again the resistance is not bad on them either.

Ive done an AEM pulley kit on my old car and all the pulley done to the car is having less power current at idle, making my headlights and dash dimmer. Since it makes the alternator spins slower with the bigger pulley. But I have never feel any gain from it(maybe on a dyno)

AEM pullies don't give a gain. The UR alt pulley does not give a gain either it just looks really nice. I have 4ga grounding kit, tsunami gold battery terminals and optima redtop. I doubt my lights will dim much if at all. The crank pulley gives a very noticeably gain, everyone that has one says the same. I will be one of those people shortly and I can;t wait.

well here is what my driver rear spring looks like (rusted to hell)...I dont really want that to break while I am driving. If it was like the other 3 springs, I would keep them. I love the stance now, but I dont want to take a chance of it breaking.

You might try to get just one new spring from CT for free. Pure do you know for sure if CT is doing a free replacement on rusted springs?

I could've sworn that not too long ago, several Comptech springs owners had problems with the rusted springs and a couple of them even had the spring snap/collapse on them. As far as I can remember, Comptech was replacing them with new springs from a new batch/design (rumor has it that CT outsourced to H&R) and paying shipping both ways.

I would suggest giving them a call.

ya I know, I sent them the picture but the springs are out of warranty so they wouldnt replace them for free. They said they would give me a discount on the new springs - the Eibach ones, but I dont want to go any lower at all. I asked if I could just buy 1 spring to replace this one, like if they had any spares because the other 3 are perfect still - but they said that they dont have any or something like that.

Warranty or no warranty, springs should not rust like that, and even collapse in some cases. I'm disappointed with Comptech now.
