how many decibals when getting metered should this sub be putting out???
just 1 10w7 with JL 500.1 amp with my stock headunit bass knob and my JL bass knob turned all da way up??

i dont think i did to good but ill post wut i metered afta wut ppl think it should be at..

BTW i was using Freak a leak as my weapon of choice today in da sound off lol.

 

im thinking it should hit at 110-115 decibels.

 

all depends on the enclosure and the viechle - I have hit 140.2 with one mid class CONCEPT 12 inch powered by a PhoenixGold M50 (supposedly 50 watts by two, I was getting over 700rms) when it was in my truck, but now in my TL I have made a tiny sealed box for the drivers side of the trunk and the sound is much cleaner and sharper but not even close to the DBL. SOOO what did you hit?

 

i hit 125... whihc i think suckss! i shouldve dynamated my trunk this week but i got lazy and also i messed with the amp settings and i cant seem to tune it rite.

maybe next time ill do better.

 

thats pretty good. i wonder what i would hit with my 12w7 and my JL 1000/1.

 

12w7 would prob hit in da 140s.
