Has any one else experienced problems with jay wolfe in kc? took my 03 tls in for first oil change and ended up needing a new head light, got home and it was totally out of allignment, called and complained took it back in and now they chipped paint off from under both head lights, looks like they took a screw driver or something and tried to pry headlight up. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND JAY WOLFE TO ANYONE FOR SERVICE. purcahse part of it ok, service sucks...

 

I actually tried to purchase my TL from Jay Wolfe and they were very unprofessional and difficult to work with during the purchase so I walked and went to Superior. I've had very good luck with Superior so far and have never even looked at Jay Wolfe since I walked out over three years ago.

 

Although I am out of state, I bought my TL from Jay Wolfe Acura, and some time later, a CRV from Jay Wolfe Honda, and think they are both exceptional dealerships. I would highly recommend them.
