I've named the Bowling Ball trim!!!

Hmm, I don't like the real stuff in Benzes either. (I think it's smoked popolar wood?)
How about naming it "Brunswood," as in the bowling equipment manufacturer Brunswick Heck, why didn't they just put fake granite formica in there, or perhaps mother-of-pearl?

I think that "bowling ball" is a classic description, and I wouldn't change it.
I don't think it looks that bad but it is a good way to differentiate it from the "other" fake wood trim.

IMHO, the bowling ball trim is terrible. So much so that we will get the parchment interior. This is not a difficult choice anyway because the Houston heat is too intense for ebony interior anyway. With exterior colors limited by the parchment interior we will most likely go with the White Diamond Pearl.
