I recently just finished full LED conversion of the center console + instrument cluster (this includes the individual gear indicator bulbs which require disassembly of the instrument panel). Items on my to-do list in the future includes the radio backlight and the power window/heated seats switch lights.
There are existing guides on how to do most of the stuff, but they are kind of scattered around and I figure I would make this a central hub for all the resources you may need should you want to attempt this yourself.
GENERAL INFO
First, watch this video for a general overview on how to take off the trim pieces and get to the center console, instrument cluster, and left-side buttons (Fog Light, Cruise/TCS, power roof, dimmer dial).

For replacing the gear indicator bulbs in the instrument panel, see post #14 in this thread:

Special note on gear indicators: regular LED's from T3/T4.2 neo wedge replacements work if you uncoil the feet from the LED's and wrap them into the proprietary square rubber base. However, for D1 light, you may need to stick with a halogen bulb, because for some reason there seems to be a low current that is constantly flowing through D1 light (not enough to illuminate the halogen bulb, but enough to light up an LED such that your D1 light will be constantly on - this issue does not exist for all other gear indicators).
BULB SIZES
I found a lot of conflicting info on what bulb sizes are needed for each module, so let me just put this to rest definitively:
Instrument Cluster:
Custom fitting for gear indicator lights (get either T3 or T4.2 neo wedge LED's, then uncoil the feet from the standard base and wrap them around the proprietary square rubber base. Yes I can confirm this works)
T5 for everything else (including meters and indicator lights)
AC control module:
T4.2 neo wedge for the main backlights (I think 5 of them)
T3 neo wedge for everything else.
Clock:
T3 neo wedge
Hazard light switch:
T3 neo wedge
Trip Meter selector/reset switches
T3 neo wedge
Fog light switch:
T3 neo wedge (recommend you get two different colors so the status indicator light can be distinguished)
TCS/Cruise switches:
T3 neo wedge (recommend you get two different colors so the status indicator light can be distinguished)
Power roof switches:
T3 neo wedge
Dimmer dial:
T3 neo wedg
These were the cheapest LED bulbs I found on Amazon (don't worry, all of them worked perfectly fine)
24x T5 ($5):

20x T4.2 neo wedge ($8):

20x T3 neo wedge ($8)

Special note on installation: the T3/T4.2 neo wedge bases from LED's you get on Amazon will likely be very difficult to twist into place on initial install. A good amount of force will be needed to twist them in - I used two small screw drivers and press down on opposite sides of the base to force them into place.
Special note on uneven lighting: Most of the switches have the bulbs inserted from the side of the module instead of from the rear. With halogen bulbs, which are fairly large and distribute light evenly, that is fine. However, LED's light producing area is very thin, which causes uneven lighting (usually one side of the buttons would be bright and the other side very dim). You need to make custom "light spreader" over the LED's surface. I saw on another thread someone used a glue gun, but I would avoid that because of low melting point. My solution was the Krazy glue "Fix-All Adhesive" (they carry them in the Dollar Store). Put a rice-sized drop on the LED, then simply use your fingers to shape it into a long, thin shape.

I will be looking into replacing the lights for the radio, which from what I can see, nobody has attempted before for the 2nd gen TL. Will update here once I get to it.
