interior air filter

The inside of my car gets very dustly quickly. I try to dust it as often i can but I cant seem to win. I was thinking about getting one of those ionic air filters for the car. The Sharper Image has two link1 and link2. Just want to hear some info from people who have these or ones similar to it.

Did you know the TL already has a cabin air filter (micron!) that should be changed every 30,000 miles? It's located behind the glove compartment - there are instructions on how to change posted elsewhere on this forum- I tried to link but couldn't .. And btw for anyone seeing this, Pep Boys has the same (proven on another thread) Purolator o.e.m. filter for $5.99 each.
