Instrument Panel Bulbs

I know most ppl want to put in LEDs to replace their instrument panel bulbs, but I just want to replace the bad ones with the original working ones. Specifically, does anyone know the type of bulbs behind the following:

- gague cluster
- behind the "Reset" and "Select" buttons
- behind the rear defogger / defroster buttons (not the orange part)

I can't seem to find this info anywhere, even in helms! Help! Thanks.

No need, I've already done it, which is why I am posting. I went through 19 pages of posts for "bulbs". There is alot of mention on interior general lighting (dome light, map light, etc), but nothing specific on the instrument cluster.

Can anyone else help?

i dont know the bulb #'s either. i searched but no one has ever given part #'s. these are the bulbs you need though. the brown and the black. i need to replace abunch of those too.
(trip, reset-black) fancontrol- brown) sorry i couldnt help, you may need to pull out the the gauge cluster to fing the bulb #'s and or go to the dealer for them. the only # i saw was on the light for the seatbelt indicator and it said V-2

yeah, i can definitely join this club. I need to replace a few bulbs too. A lot of people have been trying to get the Blue LED bulb info from turbo777 guy on this forum, but he seems to withhold the information like its freaken uranium.

and those bulbs just pop out? or i need to solder them out?

well, to be honest, I used nates diy and he gave me alot of help along the way. the link to his is http://n4te.com/images/acura/leds/guide/ . Now I'll tell you hes one smart guy but it took me about 2 months to do, pretty much like 61/2 weeks how to figure it out and 10 days to do it. But while i was doing it I felt like a complete idiot, its scary when your cars apart and you dont know what to do, but first off, dont take anything apart until you get your bulbs. And then when you start taking things out if your still having problems pm me and i could try and solve them cuz i dont think nate comes on much anymore.

i only need to change all of my A/C area lighting and the clock, and the doors, i dont want anything else changed, since the rest is aftermarket.

so I need to buy about 120 bux worth of LEDs...damn. lol.

hopefully i can start on this next week, and it will probably take a full day. (i've taken everything apart a few times, so its a 5-10 mins procedure dismembering the Acura, lol)

thanx again for a very very good DIY.

Do you have any pictures?!?! I wanna see how bright the leds are. Also, are they bright enough that it hurts your eyes when you drive?

ya they look good, they're bright but dont hurt your eyes, i would suggest to buy a few extra bulbs cuz i had a couple pop on me when i installed them so now i have a few out, but i just put the dead ones in the cruise control button so no one can see it. I'll take some pics, but i dont really know how to post them and i have two serious tests tomorrow so ill try and get them after im done with school.
