installing exhaust, headers and RSB

i have come humbly to seek advice

i just started talking recently to an acquaintance i knew back from school who's a maxima owner and does all his own mods. i was going to go to my usual shop to get my Apex'i ws2, XS headers, and progress RSB put in but he's offering to help. i got 6 new bolts and washers for the headers and the RSB came with 2 polyurethane bushings.. is there anything else i should know before we start working at it? compared to most of the ppl that have been on AZ a while i'm pretty much a n00b when working on cars

I havent installed any of those items, but i have taken the mufflers off. My only advice would be to use lots of bolt breaker on the nuts when your working with the exhaust and exhaust manifold. They are a pain to get off if you havent used bolt breaker and let it sit for awhile. Just apply some on the muffler and exhaust manifold bolts. Wait a day and apply more. Repeat this a few times for best results, but you could probably get away with only doing it twice, but it makes the job alot easier.

As far as the RSB is concerned i've heard its pretty straight forward. Just take the old sway off and put the new one on. You need to decide which setting you want to use on it though (sport or street). Hope this helps some. Good luck
