installed comptech sway bars
installation was hard, especially for the front one. with the car jacked up only ~ 5 inches, it was impossible to get the front bar out without disconnecting the exhaust pipe. it took me three hours to install both. advice to the would-be installers, unless you enjoy working on your car and you've got a good set of tools, pay someone to do it for you.
test drove a few miles tonight with some really tight turns. These bars are truely amazing. i thought i was driving a real sports car. there was NO body lean. steering feels better with more feed back. ride is a bit stiffer and potholes are more noticeable now, but i love it. dont feel as isolated now.
conclusion: best mod for the money. i recommend them to everyone who enjoys spirited driving.

Thanks for the info. I'm getting the sway bars tomorrow. I'm getting the dealer to install them on my car. I was going to do it myself, but not anymore. Can't wait to see how it handles.

Well, It's very possible to install without taking any other parts off(like exhaust) but with only 5 inches of room what do you expect? I'm surprised you even was able to do it with that little room! I had installed my sways by my friends shop, so it worked out ok.. I took my car in to Park Ave Acura again to install a special ordered part, have the car aligned, balanced and tighten the sways... They were loose, which was why I was getting that knocking sound... Just shows you that even an air gun that I used to tighten doesn't make it tight enough...

By the way, there was a thin hose(brake line?) that runs past the sways from front to back of the car on the drivers side of the car.. Did you make sure to put the sways under it, and not over it? when installing i realized this and re adjusted it.. I put the sways over it, the line was pinching against a part of the chassis... be sure it's under the sway hanging, and not over it..

the back sway is really easy to install, just six bolts to remove. make sure you have an allen wrench to remove the end links and remove the end links before removing the bar itself.
if you jack up your car really high, you should not have to disconnect the exhaust. and BTW, use lots of WD-40 and a mini torch to heat the nuts to loosen them.
