Installation of the spoiler

I have purchased the aftermarket spoiler and now I am trying to install it on my 2000TL.
Can anyone send me some pictures of their TL with the spoiler installed, preferably the side view. I need to know how much the spoiler needs to be overhanging beyond the trunk lid line.
Thanks

is it a factory replaica? if it is you should drill out the factory spots. if you pop your trunk there should be 2 dimples on each side where the holes should be

if you dont have a template and it does use the factory hole location place a strip of masking tape on the top side of the trunk lid where the holes are going to be, then drill a small pilot hole from the bottom in the center of the dimple. then come back from the top side with a drill bit thats the correct size and drill the hole

Thanks guys for your replies
I do have the factory replica spoiler
Today I got from Acura dealership the factory spoiler installation instructions.
The electrical portion of the factory spoiler is a bit different then the aftermarket's.
So will try now to install it.
Cheers

then it uses the fastory dimples. find those on the bottom side of the trunk lid and thats where you drill!
